Weapons, drugs and “freak offs” were reported to have been found in the rap maestro’s mansions following a thorough raid.

Indictment by the federal agents revealed that Diddy is engaging in “racketeering conspiracy” having engaged in a constant and inducing pattern of harassment towards females and other individuals.

The indicted hip-hop legend is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to partake in prostitution.

Hookers and women employed under Diddy’s organisation were compelled to engage in “freak offs,” basically sexual activities designed and directed by Diddy, reports say.

Indictments stated that access to hookers and women was usually organised by his staff, with their performance being induced with substances to keep the women controllable and meek.

After Pleading Not Guilty, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Denied Bail

Sean Diddy, who is known as one most prominent personalities in the hip-hop industry, has been slammed with allegations of coerced inducing, sexual assault and rape for the past ten months.

The judge presiding over the case of Sean “Diddy” Combs had ordered that the hip-hop icon be sent back to jail after being indicted on count charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.

On Monday, the billionaire music mogul was apprehended by officers at the Park Hyatt hotel in Manhattan, New York.

Sean Combs, popularly known as “Puff Diddy” pleaded not guilty to three count charges during his first court appearance before US magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky, but was eventually not granted bail and told he would not be released.

The decision of the Judge to deny him bail came after Diddy’s lawyer had presented a bond offer of $50m with the option of home detention facilitated by electronic monitory tag if granted bail.

However, it is learnt that the Diddy’s camp is ready to appeal the decision against his release on bail.

The indictment can be traced back to 2008 when it was alleged that Combs was molesting, threatening and forcing women for many years to satisfy his sexual craving, guard his shady reputation and shield his inhumane conduct.

Diddy is accused of coercively inducing women and sex workers into drug-enhanced sexual performance tagged “freak off” to satisfy his sexual need, the indictment reads.

Diddy’s lawyer speaks to journalists after court appearance.

Marc Agnifilo, Diddy’s lawyer, disclosed on Tuesday morning, on the court’s premises, that Combs would plead not guilty to the charges, and he assured he is ready to ‘fight like hell’ to ensure Diddy is out of the custody.

This afternoon, in a press briefing, Damian Williams, US attorney for the southern district of New York, said, “I’m not taking anything off the table.”

When quizzed on more charges that might be brought against Combs and his cohorts, he added: “We are not done.”

The attorney quipped that Combs used his business empire “to carry out criminal activity, including sex trafficking, forced labour, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and the obstruction of justice.”

The indictment also stated that Combs had been using his staff to enhance “freak-offs.”

Mr Williams said: “They booked the hotel rooms and stocked them with the supplies, including drugs, baby oil, personal lubricant, extra linens and lighting.

“When the hotel rooms got damaged, they helped clean it up. They arranged for victims and commercial sex workers to travel for the Freak Offs, and they delivered large quantities of cash to Combs to pay for the commercial sex workers.”

It is also revealed that Combs often videoed the “Freak Offs” and used the videos obtained to threaten the victims to maintain silence and secrecy.

Diddy usually drugged his victims which enabled him to have control over them. He also promised them financial aid, housing and career opportunities if allowed to monitor their whereabouts and appearance.

“Combs maintained control over his victims by giving them drugs, by giving and threatening to take away financial support or housing, by promising them career opportunities, by monitoring their whereabouts, and even by dictating their physical appearance,” Mr Williams added.

Ketamine, ecstasy and GHB were drugs alleged to be used by Combs to keep his victims obedient and compliant, the attorney stated.

“When Combs didn’t get his way, he was violent and he subjected victims [to] physical, emotional, and verbal abuse so that they would participate in the Freak Offs, and… Combs hit, kicked, threw objects at, and dragged victims at times by their hair,” Mr Williams said.

“The indictment alleges that the victims did not believe they could refuse Combs without risking their security or facing more abuse,” he added. Illegal Firearms And Others Found In DIddy’s Mansion Amidst Raid

Sean Combs who was known as Puff Daddy, is described as one of the wealthiest figures in the hip-hop industry.

In November, R&B singer Cassie as Casandra Ventura in full, Diddy’s former girlfriend, sued him for beating and raping her for many years and also accused the hip-hop legend of forcing her and many others into drug-enhanced sexual performance.

Howbeit, the suit was settled but a few months later, Combs was captured by a hotel security camera kicking, beating Cassie and eventually throwing her on the floor.
