Trump’s signed executive orders are targetted at outlawing Biden administration famous policies.

The new United States President, Donald Trump, is envisaged to sign executive orders on Monday that would affect transgender Americans, stating that the U.S. government will only recognise persons’ initial gender at birth, as released by Trump officials during a press call.

The orders are expected to be signed on Monday, happing to be his first day in officer as the President of the United States of America.

The executive order will also be expected to impede the use of federal funds from for programmes that condone people who describe themselves as ‘transgender,’ revealed by Trump officials.

“It is the policy of the United States to recognize two sexes, male and female.

“These are sexes that are not changeable, and they are grounded in fundamental and incontrovertible reality,” said by a White House official prior to Trump inauguration on Monday, 20th January, 2025.

Trump executive orders are to abolish 2023 Biden administration’s policies aiding the escalation of Transgender individual rights in the federal workplaces.

On Monday, the 20th January, 2025, the world witnessed the inauguration of Donald Trump as the 47th president of the United States by Chief Justice John Roberts as Melanie Trump is captured holding the Holy Bible.

Trump policies include Biden administration guidance on gender and inclusion for public servants, which was signed on 31st March, 2023, tagged: Trans Visibility Day, in which Office of Personnel Management introduced guidance on gender inclusion in the federal workplace which ensures that “all federal employees have their respective gender identities accurately reflected and identified in the workplace.”

Biden administration guidance also ordered federal agencies to “take steps to implement or increase the availability of training programmes on gender identity and inclusion in the federal workplace for employees, managers, and leadership.”

According to Trump officials, President Trump’s executive order also would outlaw many policies implemented by the Biden administration, including holding back federal money from school and colleges except if the school put measures in place to protect Trans students from harassment.

Additionally, prisons and shelters that get federal funds would also be asked to designate “single sex” space−assigning people to certain areas must be based on their initial gender, the White House official says.

The Human Rights Campaign, a foremost LGBTQ+ advocacy group, said during ABC News programme that the group has not seen the text of the executive order, HRC has commitment to helping to fight Trump executive actions in the court and in parliament “ensure that LGBTQ+ people are protected.”

“No one should be subjected to ongoing discrimination, harassment and humiliation where they work, go to school, or access health care.

“But today’s expected executive actions targeting the LGBTQ+ community serve no other purpose than to hurt our families and our communities.

“Any attack on our rights threatens the rights of any person who doesn’t fit into the narrow view of how they should look and act, Robinson added.

“The incoming administration is trying to divide our communities in the hope that we forget what makes us strong. But we refuse to backdown or be intimidated.”

Following his inauguration, Trump has pardoned 1,500 6th January defendants: ‘Going to release our great hostages.’

On Monday, Unites State President Donald Trump has issued an executive pardon to hundreds of rioters who partook in the January 6, 2021, Capitol unrest, showing his commitment to honesty and trustworthiness.

The seventy-eight-year-old president signed what said to be “approximately 1,500” pardon following his memorable return to the White House.

After issuing the pardon, Trump said, “I hope they come out tonight.”

The new-inaugurated 47th president issued “six commutations” in addition to the pardons and refused to answer if the beneficiaries had assaulted police.

“I will say this, they’ve been in jail for a long time already. I see murderers in this country get two years, one year and maybe no time.

“So they’ve already been in jail for a long time. These people have been destroyed. What they’ve done to these people is outrageous,” Trump said.

“Even people that were aggressive, and in many cases, I believe they happen to be outside agitators.

“But what do I know? But I think they were. I think they were outside agitators. They were outside agitators. And obviously, the FBI was involved.”

The United States Justice Department criminally charged 1,575 people connected to the riot which ensued after Trump, when serving the final days of his first term in office.

When asked if any of them would get clemency, Trump said: “the commutations would be the ones, and we’ll take a look, and maybe it’ll stay that way, or it’ll go to a full pardon.

Federal judges permit Jan. 6 rioters to return to Capitol for Trump inauguration

The “pardon order” demands that the Federal Bureau of Prisons to immediately release the inmates.

They’ve been treated very unfair. The judges have been absolutely brutal.

“The prosecutors have been brutal. And nobody’s ever treated people in this country like that,” Trump said a day after his inauguration.

Trump noted that the rioters had been treated unfairly compared to those who commit serious and aggravated crimes.

“What happened in Seattle where they took over a big portion of the city? What happened in Portland, where they burned out of the city every day and people died?

“Nothing happened to anybody, but they go after these people violently, he said.

“It’s Washington, DC. People go into a trial and they say, ‘I have a wonderful lawyer, and I didn’t do anything wrong.’ And they end up in shackles almost immediately and jail. No, we’re not going to let it happen.”
